Matching Gift Total through November 27- $26,670!
Our Sanctuary renovation project is almost finished! Thank you for your generosity! Our current debt is $1,400,000. By the end of the year, the terms of our loan agreement will transition to interest/principal. We want to lower the total loan amount as much as possible, since our monthly mortgage payment is based upon that figure. So your gift between now and December 30 will be MATCHED, and it will help us lower the cost of the loan.
Here's the numbers:
- $1,350,000 on sanctuary building renovation
- $1,600,000 current loan outstanding
- $462,387 is refinancing of debt from 2012 Building.
- $200,000 additional pay down
- $1,400,000 balance after the planned paydown
- Hope for additional pay down from our brief year end fund raising.
