Wednesday Nights @ 6pm-7:30pm
Converge is Culpeper's community Youth group that meets weekly at Culpeper Baptist Church. The night is started with social time with yard games such as Gaga Ball, Nine Square, Spikeball, Ping-Pong, and Board Games. Then we grab a snack, spend some time in worship and break out into small groups!

Please Welcome Our New Children's & Youth Directors

Leah Dickey, Children's Director
Leah is a graduate of Mississippi College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She currently serves, alongside her husband Zach, with YM360, a ministry that provides curriculum, resources, and camp experiences for youth ministries. Leah has been actively involved in children’s ministry since her teenage years and helped lead a children’s ministry at a church plant during her college years. She is originally from New Jersey.

Mark Dennis, Youth Director
Mark Dennis is a Culpeper native who has served as the track and field coach at Culpeper County High School since 2008 and currently works as a security officer at the Phoenix School. Mark has a deep passion for investing in young people and believes that making a difference early in life can shape a more meaningful future. He and his wife, Julie, have two children and have been part of a home church for the past six years.

Megan Gray, Youth Director
Megan Gray is a Culpeper native who has been actively involved at Antioch Baptist Church for most of her life. She teaches Principles of Business and Marketing and Economics and Personal Finance at Culpeper County High School, as well as coaches field hockey and supports the track program. Megan is passionate about building relationships with students and bringing energy, care, and experience into youth ministry. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from James Madison University and is currently pursuing a post master’s certificate in Educational Leadership.

Lindsey Aylor Carroll, Youth Director
Lindsey Aylor Carroll is a third-generation member of Culpeper Baptist Church. She teaches at Binns Middle School and serves as the varsity girls’ softball coach at Culpeper County High School. Lindsey played a key role in launching Converge, our weekly youth ministry, seven years ago, and continues to be deeply involved in the lives of students in our community. She is married to Garrett, and together they are active in the life of the church. Lindsey holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mary Washington University.
