Additional $25,000 Matching Gift Announced May 9, 2023!

Total Given through May 24 - $29,334.95 

We are excited to share two updates related to our work in Ukraine! First—we exceeded our $25,000 matching goal -  THANK YOU! We have sent a check for $53,118 to help them finish the bomb shelter/school building in Vyshgorod, Ukraine. 

Second—Joe and Linda Daniel have committed to match any additional giving through May 30, 2023 (up to a total of $50,000!)  This provides an opportunity for us to reach out to additional friends and other folks in Culpeper and invite them to join us in this important work in Ukraine. 

If we meet this second match, we will have sent over $180,000 in direct aid to Ukraine in the past 2 years.  These funds were used to feed people, meet medical and housing needs and sustain churches throughout the country who are directly working with those in greatest need.  100% of what has been given has gone to the work in Ukraine.  Thank you again for your amazing generosity!
