Welcome to the Culpeper Baptist Music Ministry! We are dedicated to uplifting our congregation and community through music that glorifies God and enriches our worship experience. We seek to not only provide a rich worship experience in our Sunday morning services but also to provide opportunities to engage in worship and the joy of music outside of Sunday mornings. Here’s a glimpse into our vibrant music ministry:
Sunday Morning Services

Contemporary
Our worship band is a dynamic group of talented musicians and vocalists who lead our congregation in worship every Sunday morning at our early service. This team leads the congregation in contemporary style worship and seeks to create an atmosphere where everyone can connect with God through heartfelt praise and worship.
10:30 am
Traditional
Our second service provides our congregation with the opportunity to engage in praise and worship through theologically rich and well beloved hymns as well as traditional-style worship music. Our music in this service is led by our talented pianists, vocalists and occasionally our guest organists.

Youth Band
1st & 3rd Wednesdays
Composed of talented students and passionate youth leaders, our youth band provides a platform for our youth to express their faith and talents, fostering a sense of community and encouraging spiritual growth among our students.Â
Choir
Special and Seasonal
In addition to our regular music groups, CBC’s Music Ministry features special and seasonal choirs that enrich our worship during holidays and special occasions. These choirs offer a wonderful opportunity for members of our congregation to come together and share the joy of singing and fellowshipping together.

Our Handbell Choir adds a unique and melodious touch to our worship services on Holidays and special occasions. This dedicated group practices weekly to master intricate harmonies and rhythms that resonate throughout our sanctuary and bring a richness to our special worship services.
Nights of Worship
and Christian Music Concerts
At CBC, we believe in the power of music to inspire, uplift, and draw us closer to God. Throughout the year, our music ministry organizes special nights of worship and hosts Christian music concerts that provide unique opportunities for our congregation and community to experience God’s presence through music.
Acoustic
Cafe
On the third Friday of every month we are honored to host The Culpeper Acoustic Cafe in one of our performance spaces! Replicating the old coffee houses from back in the day you are sure to see the most seasoned players or a 1st time talent around. Voted best place to see live, local music in 2019, the Acoustic Cafe is the place to spend your once a month date night!
