Torch Run 2025 supporting Special Olympics VA!
We partner with Culpeper Police Department to co-host the Torch Run 5k, which is an annual, nationwide event supporting Special Olympics VA! This is our 2nd year partnering with Culpeper PD, and registrations are through the roof!
